Grace Mutung'u is a research fellow at the Centre for Intellectual Property and Information Technology (CIPIT) at Strathmore University. CIPIT is a think tank and training centre established in 2012 under the leadership of Dr. Isaac Rutenberg. The scope of work includes evidence-based research and training in intellectual property, information technology law, and policy. CIPIT is currently undertaking policy research on digital ID in Africa.
